WHO WE ARE
Marcspon is a consulting firm that specializes exclusively in ESG and has one of the longest track records in the ESG industry in Korea.Our main services include ESG consulting, human rights impact assessment, and supply chain management consulting, including sustainability reports. We provide consulting for domestic and international ESG ratings such as DJSI, MSCI, KCGS, EcoVadis, and CDP.
In 2021, we launched EDK, the first ESG platform in Korea. Through our project experience in various sectors such as finance, consumer goods, energy, airports, telecommunications, steel, distribution, construction, and public sector, we have developed a deep understanding and expertise in their industries.
We provide objective analysis to clients through our consulting services to create business impact.

Honesty
We do not consult for sin industries. Sin industries, which are excluded from SRI (Socially Responsible Investing), do not benefit society as their corporate performance improves. Integrity
To evaluate corporate social responsibility, we demand the highest level of integrity from ourselves. To address conflicts of interest and ethical issues with clients, we adhere to a Code of Conduct and Code of Practice for all employees. Every year, our employees pledge to implement these standards when signing their annual salary contract. -

Giving
Before encouraging companies to engage in sharing and volunteering, we are committed to giving and volunteering ourselves. All employees participate in social contribution donations, with the company matching their contributions on a 1:1 basis. We carry out various donation projects, including personal pledges to the matching fund, donating spare change under 10,000 KRW from salaries, and the Slow Fund.
Culture.
We continuously embrace numerous challenges that only a growing, innovative company can experience. Since 2017, we have implemented a 4.5-day work week, successfully increasing work efficiency while reducing working hours. Additionally, we have consistently excluded alcohol from our corporate culture since our founding.
